When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination. For Ireland and the UK, delivery is typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the first carrier scan.

Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?

Ciara Dublin delivers to Ireland, the United Kingdom, and other supported regions (where available at checkout).

Delivery is free across the store. If multiple shipping options are available for your address, any optional upgraded services (if offered) will be shown at checkout.

Important: If your delivery is outside Ireland, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country’s rules. These charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. What is the status of my order?

We’re sorry if your delivery is delayed. Delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control such as holidays, severe weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.

If your order appears delayed, please allow an additional 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery window. If it still has not arrived, contact us at support@ciaradublin.com and we’ll assist you.

I would like to return an item. What do I do?

Please contact us at support@ciaradublin.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange (see our Refund Policy for details and exclusions). If you are an eligible consumer in Ireland/EEA, you may also have a 14-day legal right to cancel where applicable.

Items must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, with intact tags and in original packaging. Additional exclusions (for example, hygiene-sensitive items and pierced jewellery) may apply as described in our Refund Policy.
