When can I expect to receive my order?

If you place your order before 3:00 p.m. (Dublin time), we will start processing it the same business day. Your order typically takes 1 to 3 business days to process, and delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days (depending on your location and the courier).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?

Ciara Dublin offers shipping to Ireland and selected international destinations. Shipping costs (including any free shipping offers) are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Important: If your delivery is outside Ireland, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country’s rules. These charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. What is the status of my order?

We’re sorry if your delivery is delayed. Delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control such as holidays, severe weather, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.

If your order appears delayed, please allow an additional 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery window. If it still has not arrived, contact us at support@ciaradublin.com and we’ll assist you.

I would like to return an item. What do I do?

If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us at support@ciaradublin.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process (in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy).

Items must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, with intact tags and in original packaging. Additional exclusions (for example, hygiene-sensitive items and pierced jewellery) may apply as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
